La Esposa Virgen Finale

Sadly, La Esposa Virgen has come to an end. In case you missed the ending, I'll give you the cliff notes version. Blanca's daughter, Marisol, dies as does Jose Guadelupe. Virginia realizes that she loves Capitan Ortiz. The Captain's mother and sister die. Of course this is all a very classic novela ending. The new novela starts on Monday. I hope you end up watching it. It looks like a very interesting time piece.

Virginia and Fernando Update

Virgina and Fernando Update!!!!

Ok, so Virginia and Fernando were suppose to get married, that's where we left off last. Olga and her mother (Fernando's mother also) were planning a way to sabotage the wedding. So Cristobal sabotaged the carriage that Virginia and Fernando were supposed to be riding in. Well, Fernando was on his horse and he had to save Virginia. While saving her, he did something and now he is paralyzed!!!! They were never married. Virginia had this plan that she was going to marry Fernando anyways. So she invited the priest, and a government man up to Fernando's room so they could get married. When the priest asked Virginia if she would take Fernando to be her husband, she said yes. When the priest asked Fernando if he would take Virginia to be his wife, he said no!!!! Apparently he didn't want Virginia's pity. That is where we are left. More to come later!!!

Captain Fernando Ortiz Update!!!!!

Update of what is going on

OK, so far we have figured out that Jose Guadelupe is cheating on his wife Blanca with Olga. We also found out that Jose and his friend are the train robbers from the very first episode and everyone in the city is looking for the train robbers. Blanca believes that once she dies, Virgina would make a suitable wife and mother to her daughter Marisol, who has a majore crush on Captain Fernando Ortiz. The captain is in love with Virginia despite the fact that him and his mother are trying to take the fortune away from Virginia that her "husband" left here. I think that is the jist of it so far, I will continue to explain it. Enjoy!!!

wow, so i thought english soap operas where interesting. while i've seen cloning (kinda) and time travel, i have never seen a train being robbed. it's exciting stuff...not to mention the person doing the robbing...and the person chasing him.

Summary of La Esposa Virgen
Shortly before dying, general Francisco Ortíz marries Virginia and names her the only heiress. Virginia and her small brother Diego arrive at the town of San Francisco de Arenales to attend the general's funeral. She is accompanied by the nephew of general, captain Fernando Ortíz, who at first despises Virginia, thinking that she is ambitious and married his uncle only because of his money. All residents of the town think of her the same way, the only people who receive Virginia amiably is the municipal president, doctor Jose Guadalupe and his wife Blanca, who is lethally ill. Fernando's mother Aurelia, with the help of Cristobal, tries to rob from Virginia the fortune that she has just inherited. Aurelia will do everything possible to force Virginia leave the ranch. Aurelia's hatred becomes even greater when she realizes that her son Fernando has fallen in love with Virginia, although she sees him only as a friend. Virginia and Blanca become very good friends. Blanca is aware that Jose Guadalupe cheats on her with an egoistic and ambitious woman, Olga. She also knows she is going to die soon and fears what will happen to her husband and her daughter Ofelia after her death. Virginia and Jose Guadalupe fall in love, but it is a prohibited love, since Virginia doesn't want to betray her friend Blanca. Virginia will now have to fight against the hatred and ambition of Aurelia and Cristobal, and against her own feelings for Jose Guadalupe.
